Get to Know Bailey…

Bailey has worked in public education for eight years and is a Certified School Culture Advocate for students and educators. Early in her career, she spent time teaching social-emotional skills to students in Grand Rapids, Michigan and Chicago, Illinois. The last five years of her teaching career were spent in Iowa, educating students in Middle School English Language Arts and Writing. It was there that she led a Professional Learning Community, mentored first-year educators, and helped pilot a district program for standards-based, equitable teaching and learning practices.

Bailey believes that all students have the right to high-quality instruction in a positive learning environment. As a result, she is also passionate about educator preparation and providing resources to all who wish to positively change the lives of students.
