What is Considered Course Completion?

For a course to be considered complete, a customer must:

  • Score 80% on at least one attempt of each module quiz within the course (the number of modules will vary across courses);

  • Score 85% or higher on a single attempt at the end-of-course Practice Test;

  • Complete at least 80% of the “checks for understanding” embedded throughout the course (the number of checks for understanding will vary across courses)

This applies only to state-required educator certification exams taken through the official state testing providers (i.e. Pearson or ETS).

The guaranteed refund only applies to the course aligned to a failed test. For example, if you were to enroll in Praxis® Math 5165 and Praxis® Special Education 5355 course, and failed the Praxis® Math 5165 exam, the amount of the possible refund would only be for the cost of one 90-day subscription or up to two 30-day subscriptions of the Praxis® Math 5165 course.

A possible refund only applies to payments made PRIOR to the failed exam.
